manager with considerable experience in engineering and management consulting
services, including bid management and contract implementation, to Australian
client companies operating in the aircraft, electronics, engineering,
manufacturing and integrated logistic support industries.
Jennie has more 20+ years’ experience in competitive funded bids, tenders and grants. Starting as an academic with extensive experience particularly in research, project management, research and development management and workforce resource planning and management across a diverse range of industries, she then transitioned to bid consultancy. Jennie has worked in or with universities, national and State Governments, Defence companies and other businesses.
Graham has worke continuously in the defence industry and held a Top-Secret NV or Secret security clearance since 1972.
Graham has additional key skills including the understanding and application of Quality and Risk Management Systems. He has demonstrated a history of strong leadership in diverse, demanding roles.
Ed is an engineering manager and systems engineering professional with 46 years of experience in Defence and Civil design, development and acquisition organisations. In Defence, Ed’s experience as an engineer was gained in systems engineering and project management activities associated with the acquisition of developmental equipment supplied under contract from Australian Industry.
David is a highly experienced Principal Consultant in Bid Writing, Technical Documentation and Training, specialising in complex projects for Defence, logistics, and infrastructure. David has a deep understanding of technical communication and project management and has expertise in developing and reviewing ASDEFCON and commercial tender responses.
Terry is an MBA qualified and experienced civil and defence aerospace industry executive. Practical experience in business development, strategic planning, opportunity capture, stakeholder relationship management. Design and implementation of robust and resilient accredited management systems to CASA, DASA, ISO and SAE requirements.
Soren is a dynamic, collaborative project manager specialising in project planning and controls frameworks in complex stakeholder environments.
Soren has developed the full project controls planning suite for projects, programs and portfolios from the very small to multibillion-dollar, multi-year endeavours. He has designed, implemented, reviewed or improved project planning and controls frameworks for over a dozen organisations. This has included frameworks for scope decomposition, scheduling, estimation, risk management, change control, and “source of truth” reporting including Earned Value Management (EVM) and data visualisation.
Over 30 years’ experience working in the Australian Defence and government environment as uniformed end-user, above the line Contractor to Defence, and below the line contractor to Defence industry. Over 15 years’ experience delivering project management services including project planning, scheduling and control for major and minor projects.
Broad skill base including systems engineering, test engineering, project management, contract management, business development, bids and proposals.
Scott has more than 20 years of bid consultancy, management experience working with Clients on complex Australian Government and Defence (ASDEFCON bids), Panel Contracts for State Government agencies and US Department of Defence solicitations (including FAR/DFAR reviews).
Scott also is an experienced Bid Consultant/Writer, Document Controller (Bid/Contract document preparation, formatting, graphics development and submission) and is well versed in the Administration/Deployment/Implementation and Management of M365 SharePoint and Teams environments.
Experienced manager with a strong track record in engineering, project and operational management, within the defence industry. Proficient in the control and management of software and hardware development project teams. Customer focused with good negotiation skills and commercial management abilities. Experienced in people management with an established leadership quality.
