• Managed the implementation and delivery of Maintenance, Warehousing and Distribution Services under the Defence Integrated Distribution System (DIDS).
• Participated in, and contributed to, tender responses for large and small commercial and government contracts, in particular for Defence tenders.
• Successfully transitioned businesses for commercial and Defence entities.
• Managed businesses varying in size from 10 to more than 100 employees.
• Managed businesses in highly regulated environments taking full responsibility for compliance, financial and operational performance.
